Dr. Justin Slaughter

Harmony Personal Care Homes is owned & operated by Dr Justin Slaughter (Dr. Jay), a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialization in Wound Care. Spending most of his Career working in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Dr Slaughter saw room for an extension of care & is dedicated to providing excellent treatment, service, & care to our Seniors! Doctor Jay, has extensive knowledge & experience with following medical conditions: Wound Care, Debility, Fall Prevention, Arthritic Diseases, Joint Replacements, Cardiac Diseases, Respiratory Diseases, Hip Fractures, Hemiplegic, CAD, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson Disease, Dementia related Illnesses, & more.. Dr Slaughter is very humble & shy about his medical knowledge & prefers to be called Justin as he believes simply “Justin” makes him more relatable to those in need of care- so his coworkers nicknamed him “Dr Jay”! Dr Jay has a fun-loving attitude, great bedside manner, & fully understands the importance of residents maintaining a healthy Physical, Social, & Medical Life to ensure Harmonic Quality of Life!
